At BRAT, we want you to be completely obsessed with your purchase. If your new fit isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with tags attached.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
